Obwohl der Element nahezu perfekt ist, k\u00f6nnen wir auch Alternativentw\u00fcrfe in Auftrag machen. So steht zum Beispiel schon ein Basisentwurf f\u00fcr eine Unterkunft von 90 M\u00b2zur Verf\u00fcgung. Aber auch kleinere Versionen von dem Element sind m\u00f6glich, zu denken sind an Oberfl\u00e4chen von 30, oder 40 M\u00b2<\/p>\n

Das Luxusniveau und die Ausstattung der Unterk\u00fcnfte werden mit dem Kunden besprochen und konform des \u00fcbereingekommenen Budget ausgef\u00fchrt. 12Camp hat mehrere Entw\u00fcrfe in Entwicklung, wobei wir denken an Luxuszelte f\u00fcr VIPs w\u00e4hrend gr\u00f6\u00dfere Veranstaltungen oder Ausf\u00fchrungen die passen innerhalb einer bestimmten nat\u00fcrlichen Umgebung.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=“1\/2″][vc_single_image image=“346″ border_color=“grey“ img_link_large=““ img_link_target=“_self“ img_size=“medium“ css=“.vc_custom_1443281137484{margin-top: -20px !important;margin-bottom: 10px !important;}“ alignment=“center“][vc_column_text]AlpCamp ist ein komplettes Konzept entwickelt von 12Camp BV. Dieses Konzept umfa\u03b2t das Entwerfen, Verkaufen, Aufstellen, Instandhalten und Vermieten von dem Element in den Alpenl\u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n

Es ist noch keinem gelungen eine winterharte glamping Unterkunft zu realisieren mit einem derartigen Luxusniveau. Untersuchung hat erwiesen dass es eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Gruppe Touristen gibt, die gerne zelten m\u00f6chten, aber es nicht macht, weil es ungen\u00fcgend Luxus (sorgenfreie) Unterk\u00fcnfte angeboten werden. Gerade diese Gruppe will 12Camp nun erreichen.<\/p>\n

Unser erstes Ziel ist es um mit dem Element eine gute Deckung zu erreichen unter eine Anzahl Spitzencampingpl\u00e4tze in \u00d6sterreich. Anzufangen in Tirol, weil dieses Gebiet eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Anzahl an Besuchern hat, sowohl im Winter als im Sommer. Mittels eine clevere Werbungsstrategie \u2013 ein Buchungsmodul zug\u00e4nglich f\u00fcr Campingplatzinhaber, Eigent\u00fcmer und 12Camp \u2013 wollen wir eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Auslastung verwirklichen mit einem guten Ertrag f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten.
